The Royal Botanic Gardens

GML was part of the winning team led by Cox Richardson Architects & Planners for the first ever Master Plan for the Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney (RBG) and the Domain. As part of the project GML prepared a new, combined Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for the two significant landscapes. The CMP provides comprehensive management policies for built heritage, Aboriginal and historical archaeology, and cultural landscape elements within the RBG and the Domain.

GML worked closely with the project team to ensure that the outstanding heritage values of the RBG and the Domain informed the Master Plan; and that opportunities to enhance, conserve and celebrate these values were identified.
