Dr Kat McRae
Senior Consultant/Team Coordinator, Archaeology (NSW)
Dr Kat McRae has 14 years of experience working as a professional archaeologist and heritage consultant.
She holds a PhD in Near Eastern Archaeology and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
Kat has worked extensively on Aboriginal and historical archaeological sites throughout NSW, and on research projects throughout the broader Middle East and Caucasus (including Armenia, Cyprus, Iran, Jordan, Syria, and the United Arab Emirates).
Kat is highly skilled in providing archaeological and heritage advice across a range of projects, including sites of local, State, Commonwealth, National and World Heritage significance. She is proficient in the preparation of archaeological assessments, heritage impact statements, research designs, archaeological and conservation management plans.
